70jl Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "70jl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 70jl online gaming platform, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to offer online gaming services to eligible players within the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 70jl website accessible at 70jl.club, any associated mobile applications, and all related services, content, and technology operated by 70jl.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 70jl Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform, through which the Player accesses gaming services and manages funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account wallet, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits credited to an Account pursuant to a specific promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by 70jl in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering obligations as required under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) and its amendments.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to Philippine-licensed e-money and digital payment services accepted on the Platform.

By accessing the 70jl Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with 70jl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an Account.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 70jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum age for online gaming in the Philippines is mandated by PAGCOR regulations. Providing false age information constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
2. You are a natural person and a legal resident or present in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. 70jl does not accept players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and are the sole beneficial owner of the Account.
4. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
5. You are not a current employee, director, or contractor of 70jl or any entity associated with 70jl's gaming operations, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
6. You do not have an existing active or self-excluded Account on the 70jl Platform.

70jl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the 70jl Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, current Philippine address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your Account, 70jl will require you to complete KYC identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, or Voter's ID. 70jl may request additional documentation at its discretion.

4.3 Account Updates

You must promptly notify 70jl of any changes to your registered information, including a change of mobile number or address, by contacting customer support. Changes to the registered mobile number are subject to security verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 70jl Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

70jl will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any communication purporting to be from 70jl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event of unauthorized access to your Account, or if you suspect your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 70jl immediately. 70jl will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials or from authorized-looking access that occurred prior to notification.

70jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. This feature is available under Account Settings and provides a materially higher level of protection against unauthorized access.

70jl accepts deposits from the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, and Metrobank Online Transfer. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at 70jl's discretion.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100.00. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier and are displayed at the point of deposit.

6.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon authorization. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which typically occurs within minutes via Instapay-enabled transfers during banking hours.

6.3 Deposit Restrictions

You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. 70jl is not responsible for fees imposed by your payment provider.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 70jl Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7.1 KYC Pre-condition

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a PAGCOR compliance requirement and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash and Maya: typically 5–30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts in good standing.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: typically 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the receiving bank's interbank processing schedule.
• VIP-tier accounts may be eligible for expedited processing as specified in the VIP Program Terms.

7.3 Withdrawal Holds

70jl reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending verification, AML review, or fraud investigation. Where a hold is applied, 70jl will notify the Player and endeavor to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe. Holds arising from active investigations may be extended.

7.4 Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Withdrawal of Real Money Balance funds is not restricted by bonus wagering requirements, provided the minimum withdrawal amount is met after deduction of any active bonus balance subject to playthrough.

70jl may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its specific promotional terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms prevail.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have accepted the applicable offer in accordance with its terms.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period. Bonus credits and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to payments outside the Platform.

8.2 Abuse of Bonuses

70jl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses, collusion between players, placing hedging bets across accounts, and low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Upon detection of bonus abuse, 70jl reserves the right to void all bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close the Account.

All games offered on the 70jl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by a recognized third-party testing laboratory. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

9.1 Game Result Finality

Once a game round has concluded and a result has been recorded on 70jl's server, that result is final. Disconnections or device failures that occur after a result is recorded do not entitle the Player to a reversal. If a disconnection occurs before a result is recorded, the round will be cancelled and the bet amount returned to the Player's account.

9.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a platform malfunction, game software error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes, 70jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to players. Winnings generated as a result of a documented technical error are not valid and will not be paid. 70jl will notify affected players where practicable.

9.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits per game and per round are displayed within each game interface. 70jl reserves the right to impose additional Account-level bet limits for risk management or responsible gaming purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 70jl Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering or operating more than one Account.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
4. Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
5. Colluding with other players, including sharing cards or game information in real-time during live games.
6. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain rather than reporting them to 70jl.
7. Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to transfer proceeds of unlawful activity.
8. Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment method use, or identity theft.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing 70jl staff or other players via any communication channel.

70jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming as part of its PAGCOR licensing obligations and as a genuine operational value. Gaming should remain a form of entertainment. If gaming is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, please use the tools available on the Platform or seek external support.

11.1 Age Verification

All real-money gaming on the 70jl Platform is strictly limited to players who are 21 years of age or older. Age is verified during KYC. Accounts of players found to be under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances — including winnings — forfeited without recourse.

11.2 Player-Controlled Tools

Players may access the following responsible gaming tools through Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts after a defined play duration, configurable by the Player.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of session time elapsed and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent Account suspension. Temporary exclusion periods cannot be reversed before expiry. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

11.3 PAGCOR Responsible Gaming

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 70jl supports and directs players to PAGCOR's responsible gaming program. Players experiencing problem gambling are encouraged to contact PAGCOR's dedicated responsible gaming channels for independent support and guidance.

All content on the 70jl Platform — including but not limited to the 70jl name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audio — is the exclusive property of 70jl or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use 70jl's trademarks without prior written consent; or reverse-engineer any Platform software.

Game content is provided to 70jl under licence from its provider partners and remains the intellectual property of those providers. 70jl does not grant any rights in third-party game content beyond what is necessary for normal gameplay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 70jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

70jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage that is: (a) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive; (b) loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) resulting from your reliance on the accuracy or availability of the Platform; (d) resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard credentials; or (e) resulting from events beyond 70jl's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or government actions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 70jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform;
• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Your violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or
• Any false or misleading information you provided to 70jl.

70jl reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with 70jl in asserting any available defenses.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.1 First-Instance Resolution

In the first instance, you should contact 70jl's customer support team via live chat to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. Most account, payment, and gameplay disputes are resolved at this level within a reasonable timeframe.

15.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 70jl's internal support process, and the dispute concerns an activity regulated by PAGCOR, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's published dispute resolution channels. 70jl is bound by PAGCOR's dispute resolution determinations as a condition of its license.

15.3 Jurisdiction

For any dispute not resolved through the above processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

70jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via: (a) a notice on the Platform homepage; and/or (b) an SMS notification to your registered Philippine mobile number, at 70jl's discretion.

Amended Terms & Conditions take effect from the date of posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The "Last Reviewed" date displayed in the header of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
