70jl processes personal data in full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The National Privacy Commission (NPC) framework governs how 70jl collects, stores, and processes all player information.
All data transmitted between your device and the 70jl platform is encrypted using TLS with 256-bit keys — the same standard used by BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Your login credentials, KYC documents, and financial transaction data cannot be intercepted by third parties in transit.
Under the DPA, you have the right to be informed, access your data, correct inaccuracies, object to processing, and request erasure where applicable. 70jl maintains formal processes to honor these rights within the timeframes required by Philippine law.
70jl does not sell your personal data. Sharing with third parties is limited strictly to payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO), game technology providers, and regulatory authorities (PAGCOR, AMLC) as required by Philippine law.
70jl uses cookies and similar technologies solely for platform functionality, session management, and aggregate analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell cookie-derived behavioral profiles to external advertisers.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 70jl is the personal information controller responsible for the personal data collected through the Platform. 70jl operates the Platform under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is accountable to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) for its data processing activities.

Sensitive Personal Information: Government ID documents constitute sensitive personal information under the DPA. 70jl processes these under strict access controls and only for KYC and PAGCOR compliance purposes. They are not used for marketing or shared with non-regulated third parties.

70jl does not use your personal data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you without a human review process, except where required by AML transaction monitoring obligations under Philippine law.
70jl does not sell your personal data to any third party. Sharing is limited to the following categories of recipients, each of whom is bound by appropriate data protection obligations:
7.1 Payment Service Providers
GCash (Mynt — Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), Maya (PayMaya Philippines, Inc.), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank receive the minimum transaction data necessary to process deposits and withdrawals. Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and applicable Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations.
7.2 Game Technology Providers
Providers whose games are hosted on the 70jl Platform receive session and gameplay data to support game operation, dispute resolution, and RNG audit requirements. Providers are contractually prohibited from using this data for their own marketing purposes.
7.3 KYC Verification Services
Where 70jl utilizes third-party identity verification technology to process KYC documents, ID data is shared with the provider solely for the purpose of document authenticity verification. Processing is governed by a data processing agreement compliant with DPA requirements.
7.4 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities
70jl will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other competent Philippine authorities where required by law, court order, or lawful regulatory request. 70jl will notify affected players of such disclosures where permitted by law to do so.
7.5 Business Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale affecting the 70jl Platform, player data may be transferred as part of the transaction. Affected players will be notified in advance, and any successor entity will be bound by obligations at least as protective as this Policy.
The 70jl Platform uses cookies and similar local storage technologies to support platform functionality and collect aggregate usage data. The types of cookies used are described below:

70jl implements a range of technical and organizational security measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the personal data it processes and consistent with PAGCOR security requirements for licensed online gaming operators. Key measures include:
Data Breach Response: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to affected individuals, 70jl will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, as required under the DPA and NPC Circular No. 16-03.
70jl retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Players who close their account should note that deletion of operational account data does not override legally mandated retention periods.

You have the right to be informed that your personal data is being, or has been, collected and processed by 70jl — which is the purpose this Privacy Policy serves. You may request a current copy of this Policy at any time.
You may request a copy of the personal data 70jl holds about you, information about how it is processed, and the identities of any third parties with whom it has been shared. Requests are subject to identity verification.
If any personal data 70jl holds about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you have the right to request its correction. For most contact and address data, you can update this directly through your Account Settings.
You may request deletion of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, or where consent is withdrawn and no other legal basis applies. This right does not override legally mandated retention obligations under RA 9160 or PAGCOR requirements.
You may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, though this will be assessed against 70jl's obligations and your specific circumstances.
Where technically feasible and applicable under the DPA, you may request a structured, machine-readable copy of personal data you have provided to 70jl for transfer to another controller.
If you believe 70jl has not handled your personal data in accordance with the DPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Contact the DPO first to allow 70jl the opportunity to address your concern.
The 70jl Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR minimum age requirements. 70jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
Age is verified through the KYC process using government-issued identification. Any account where the registered player is found to be under 21 will be immediately closed, and all data processed will be deleted to the extent permitted by law. Real money balances held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a person under 21 has created a 70jl account, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the details in Section 16.
Important: 70jl considers the protection of minors from online gambling to be a fundamental obligation. All age verification failures are treated as serious compliance incidents and investigated accordingly.
Some of the third parties with whom 70jl shares personal data — including game technology providers — may process data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where cross-border transfers occur, 70jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the DPA's rules on cross-border data flows.
These safeguards include, as appropriate: data processing agreements that impose DPA-equivalent protections on receiving parties; adequacy assessments of the receiving country's data protection framework; or contractual clauses that require overseas recipients to comply with Philippine data protection standards.
70jl does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection unless specific contractual safeguards are in place and compliant with NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.
70jl may send you promotional communications — including bonus offers, new game announcements, and platform updates — via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number. We do so only where:
14.1 Withdrawing Marketing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing SMS at any time by: (a) updating your communication preferences in Account Settings → Notifications; or (b) contacting 70jl support via live chat. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your ability to use the Platform or receive transactional communications.
14.2 No Sale of Data for Marketing
70jl does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers for their own marketing purposes. Player data is not used to deliver advertisements on external platforms, social media, or third-party websites.
70jl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR requirements. Material changes — those that affect your rights or how we use your data in a significant way — will be notified to you via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of our practices, or updated contact details) will take effect immediately upon posting of the revised Policy on the Platform.
The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent version. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
Archive: Previous versions of this Privacy Policy are available upon written request to the Data Protection Officer for a period of three (3) years following each revision.

All data subject rights requests must be accompanied by verification of your identity to protect your data from unauthorized disclosure.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC) if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated. The NPC is the competent supervisory authority for data protection in the Philippines.
